GMC AVC-S7 (SLIM MULTIMEDIA COMPUTER)

The slim and elegant design of the AVC-S7 may not be unique but GMC is the only company which offers such a small case loaded with so many features, including iMON VFD and remote. The AVC-S7 is very small but it can accommodate a very good HTPC system and The bottom half of the facelate is a piano black acryl door which covers all of the front ports, card reader and multimedia buttons.

It supports Micro-ATX motherboard and power supply as well as 5.25' drive bay and 3pcs of 3.5' drive bay. More commonly used USB 2.0 port and Audio port are located on the front for better convenience.

iMON VFD

The inclusion of the VFD makes for an attractive as well as useful media device.

iMON VFD 16X2 Chracters VFD(Vacuum Fluorescent Display) can be programmed via software to display virtually anything you'd like; the time and date, new e-mails, the weather forecast, your system data, even a graphinc equalizer when playing audio files.

iMEDIAN

iMEDIAN is designed to play movie, music, pictures and internet radio as well as various medias and to connect DVD, TV, Digital Camcorder, Digital Camera with PC through remote controller. The remote is designed to be used in conjuction with Windows Media Center Edition and keyboard to navigate different folders quickly.

iMON VFD fully supports MS Windows Media Center edition.

- Slim DVD COMBO The AVC-S7 is supplied with a DVD combo slot in drive installed to play movie and be able to back-up the datas.

- Power button The power on button is metallic and has a chrome blue ring surrounding it.

- Multi Cardreader On the left side of the case behind the long plastic door there, is a very useful flash card reader.

- Multi port There are buttons to navigate your Media Center without the remote control, a feature that EVERY home theater PC should have by now. There is a four-way D-pad with center OK button, a reset button, AV Center (similar to Microsoft's Green Home button), and a Back button as well as Two USB 2.0/IEEE1394 ports.

- Removable Drive Bay There is a small removable drive cage which can take one 3.5' HDD.

- Micro-ATX motherboard & Power Supply It is designed to accommodate Micro ATX motherboards and micro ATX power supply.

- Internal steel supporter It makes the chassis reinforce.

- Available coolers for S7 (Intel 'Wooldale series / Thermolab 'Nano Silencer') Intel 'Wooldale Series' and Thermolab 'Nano Silencer' would be suggested as for limitation of thickness of this case.

- RAISER Card There is also a sole PCI riser installed for a single expansion card to be mounted horizontally above the main board for TV tuner/Sound card.

- Connector There are power/reset button, HDD LED and IEEE1394, HD AUDIO, PowerLED, AC'97 Audio, multi cardreader and pin type USB2.0 connectors in which each name is printed.
